Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need this if I bought my bed from AeonCare?
No -  setup is already free when your bed is purchased from us. This service is only for beds bought elsewhere, or being relocated.
Do you transport the bed for me?
No v this covers assembly (and, for relocation, disassembly and reassembly at both ends), not the physical move between locations. That's arranged separately by you or your mover.
What about my wheelchair, walker, or commode?
These don't need assembly - they're ready to use as delivered. If you'd still like us to check one is working properly or show you how to use it (for anything not bought from AeonCare), that's a separate ₹499/visit add-on, covering everything you have in one visit — free if bought from AeonCare.
Does an electric bed cost more than a manual one?
No -  it's a flat ₹1,499 (or ₹1,999 outside 20km) regardless of bed type.
