How to use :
- Adjust heel width to give a snug fit by adjusting strap at the ankle
- Pull and lock the hook & loop straps at the top and bottom for a comfortable and secure fit
- Loosen Velcro straps, place Ankle between the plastic shells and ensure it cover the Ankle joint fully and then Velcro close it to snug fit.
- Adjust heel height with the help of heel straps to comfortable height.

- Hand wash with mild detergent and water at room temperature
- Dry in shade on a flat surface
